PawPlex provides grooming, daycare, boarding, pet transportation, and related pet care services from our location at 3580 Lawrenceville Suwanee Road, Suite A, Suwanee, Georgia 30024.

Information presented on this website is intended to help customers learn about PawPlex and request services. Website content does not replace a conversation with PawPlex staff about your pet’s specific health, behavior, care, or service needs.

3. Website Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to submit a service request, provide payment information, enter into an agreement with PawPlex, or authorize care for a pet.

By submitting information through the website, you confirm that you are legally authorized to make decisions for the pet connected to the request.

4. Service Requests and Reservations

Submitting a form, selecting a preferred date, contacting PawPlex, or beginning a booking process does not automatically create a confirmed reservation.

Service availability may depend on staffing, space, appointment capacity, the type and size of the pet, vaccination records, behavior, health conditions, transportation availability, and other care requirements.

PawPlex may contact you for additional information before accepting or confirming a request.

5. Accurate Customer and Pet Information

You agree to provide complete, current, and accurate information when contacting PawPlex or requesting a service.

This includes accurate information about:

• Your identity and contact information
• Your authority to request services for the pet
• The pet’s breed, age, weight, size, and physical condition
• Vaccination and health records
• Medical conditions, allergies, medications, injuries, and dietary needs
• Aggressive, fearful, anxious, reactive, or escape related behavior
• Previous incidents involving people or other animals
• Emergency contacts and veterinarian information

PawPlex may decline, pause, modify, or end a service if important information was withheld or if the information provided is inaccurate.

6. Pet Health and Safety Requirements

Pets must meet the health, vaccination, behavior, and service requirements established by PawPlex for the requested service.

PawPlex may request vaccination records, veterinary documentation, a temperament evaluation, or other information before providing care.

PawPlex reserves the right to decline or discontinue a service when a pet presents a health, safety, behavioral, or operational concern. Specific requirements may vary between grooming, daycare, boarding, and Tail Waggin’ Transit.

7. Pricing and Payments

Prices displayed on the website are provided for general information and may change. Final pricing may depend on the selected service, pet size, coat condition, behavior, length of stay, requested options, transportation needs, additional care, and other relevant factors.

PawPlex will determine the final amount due based on the services provided and the applicable pricing in effect at that time.

Payments may be processed through Stripe or another authorized payment provider. By submitting payment information, you authorize the applicable charges connected to your purchase or reservation.

Additional payment, deposit, cancellation, refund, and missed appointment terms may be presented during the reservation process or in a separate PawPlex policy or service agreement.

8. Promotions and Special Offers

Promotions, discounts, coupons, and special offers may be subject to separate eligibility requirements, booking conditions, expiration dates, and service restrictions.

Unless an offer specifically states otherwise:

• Offers cannot be exchanged for cash
• Offers cannot be applied after a transaction is completed
• Offers cannot be combined with another promotion
• Availability may be limited
• PawPlex may correct or cancel an offer containing an error

The conditions displayed with a specific promotion control if they conflict with the general terms in this section.

9. Acceptable Website Use

You agree to use the PawPlex website only for lawful purposes. You may not:
